Account deletion request

If you delete your registration you will not be able to login again to save your favourite images or your shopping cart when purchasing products.

If you have already favourited images your photographer will no longer be able to view them, and all associated information will be deleted.

Information used to process purchases cannot be deleted, as accounting records must be retained by law. However it will not be shared or used for any other purpose, and will be automatically deleted after seven years.

By deleting your registration you will not be deleting any images. Please contact the photographer if you wish for your personal images to be deleted.

SMASH CAKE SESSION FAQ

WHEN SHOULD I BOOK A SMASH CAKE SESSION?

You should book your smash cake session date at least 3-4 weeks before you will need the photos to allow for editing, and then allow 2-3 weeks prior to the session for planning & ordering of the cake.

DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING?

Besides a happy, fed baby with an outfit you won't need anything else for the baby. Everything else is supplied by EFP including the cake.

HOW LONG DOES THE SESSION LAST?

Smash Cake sessions are scheduled for 40 minutes, but they don't last that long at all. Babies loose their interest very quickly & will move fast for the best results.

CAN I PURCHASE MORE DIGITAL FILES AFTER MY SESSION?

Yes, you are most definitely able to upgrade your package after your session if you would prefer to wait until after your session

HOW DO I PREPARE FOR A SMASH CAKE SESSION?

About a week before your session you will be sent a confirmation email detailing how to best prepare for your session

IS THE CAKE AND DECORATIONS INCLUDED? HOW DO WE PICK THE CAKE?

A basic cake and decorations are included in the session fee. The cake is purchased and picked up by myself. A basic frosted cake with "candle" is included in your session fee. You may upgrade the design of the cake based on the fees of the baker

MY BABY HAS FOOD ALLERGIES, DO YOU STILL SUPPLY THE CAKE?

Yes. If your baby has any food allergies, please make me aware of any allergies.
